Recently, GBW’s patent for its high temperature-resistant mannase with the title An Optimized High Temperature-resistant Mannase MAN26gy and its Preparation Method & Application was approved and authorized by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C. This is the fourth patent that GBW has gained in terms of its mannase product.
It is understood that the enzymatic property study, study of the enzyme activity in fermentation and post-treatment technique are the main problems which hold back mannase’s large-scale application. In recent years, large research input has been given in this field by GBW, and a number of high-level talents have been introduced to the R&D team. Technological breakthroughs have been made. In addition, bacteria strains’ building, fermentation technique, post-treatment technique research & application have been improved. Finally, the new mannase strains and production technique are developed and several patents for invention have been gained.
